SASE Labs is a group of creative and curious students that aims to identify a specific need in the world and work towards engineering something related to resolving that need. In the past, we have engineered a smart water bottle and a 3D-printed prosthetic limb, as well as developed an app to navigate our school’s underground tunnels (see the web version here).
Due to COVID-19, we will be meeting online for this fall semester. We will still have our group projects (meeting on Discord), and have created workshops for anyone to attend and learn a new skill! With this in mind, we hope to cultivate an interdisciplinary engineering program that is connected to the community and composed of a variety of students who can learn from each other and apply these learned skills. Everyone is invited to participate!
